Request for Quotation – Procurement of IT Equipment
To: Eligible Suppliers
- The Government of Lao PDR has received financing from the Enhanced Integrated Framework for the cost of Promotion of Export Competitiveness and Sustainability Support to Public-Private Dialogue in Northern Lao PDR Project (1.8 Million USD). The Government of Lao PDR intends to apply part of the proceeds of these funds towards payments under the Contract for Supply of IT Equipment under this Request for Quotation.
- The NIU now invites eligible Company to submit the sealed Quotation for the IT Equipment as specified in section 5 Schedule of Items and Prices. The delivery period is: Thirty (45) Calendar days from the date of Contract signature, including assembly, installation and setup service. The Items must be available in the region.
- The procurement method is shopping as specified in the Law on Public Procurement No. 30/NA, dated 2 November 2017 and the Instruction on Implementation of Law on Public Procurement No. 0477/MOF, dated 13 February 2019.
- A complete set of the Bid Documents is available on http://www.t4dlaos.org/procurement-notices/ for interested bidders to register and submit the application (Request letter with official stamp) online beginning May 27 2021.
- The Quotation shall be submitted by in-person delivery no later than June 04 2021, 14:00 o’clock address to National Implementation Unit (NIU), 3rd floor, Department of Planning and Cooperation, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Phonxay Road, Saysettha District, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR.
